You purchase your website as normal for £99 but in addition choose our dedicated support package for £25 per month. There is no annual contract so you can choose to cancel this package at any time if you feel you are not using the service enough to justify the cost. This ensures you can focus on your business while we provide all the support you need. You can ask us to make any changes or additions you like, firstly via our online help desk support system and in the unlikely event that we cannot complete your request to your satisfaction, you can book a telephone support call so you can be absolutely certain of the right result.
