Happy Customers - Pharmacy Website Design and Successful Website Testimonials

Noone likes a show off and we usually keep it low-key and understated but there are times when we should blow our own trumpet as anyone looking around for a pharmacy website needs some reassurance before committing money.  We've had some good comments in the last week or two that may be worth sharing as we don't usually print them.  Here's a selection: -

Good morning,

I hope that you're both well.  Firstly, I must say that the site is a real success with our patients that are using it.  There have been issues, but they have been mostly patient error or misunderstanding if I'm honest.

I am writing to ask that you change our entry in the services part of our site.  I would like the flu section replaced with the text that I have attached please.  I also wonder whether for a short period a clickable image could be added to the images on the homepage linking through to this text?

Can you please let me know that you have received this email as I need this addition quite quickly if possible.

And a couple from the NPA website taken from the bottom of the page here we have no idea who left the latest one on 13 September as they left it anonymously but the NPA confirm it is a member and they checked out thoer membership and email

Review:I considered many providers before choosing the pharmacy centre. I was quoted thousands of pounds for what would essentially be a pretty site with no functionality. I am delighted that I chose this company as I now have a site that is getting constant traffic from my intended customer base. The customers almost unanimously love the repeat ordering service that the site offers. I feel that we have been able to hold on to customers that would have used surgery based online ordering and also gain customers as our system is more user friendly than the surgeries. The team that you deal with is small and helpful and I feel that if you also put the work in you will get a good website.

Review:I still cannot quite believe what they do for the price and they still went beyond what is strictly covered in the set up - truly amazing. Biggest shame is the majority of us - independent pharmacists wont begin to utilise what we have here or fully appreciate it. Also incredible knowledge of the market and pharmacy business, cant recommend highly enough. The future of independent pharmacy - get on board! Well done guys!
