The fully supported service includes on-line repeat ordering and mobile app that syncs with your site for customers and surgery integration. Support is available by phone/email/ticket help desk and covers planned staff training by screensharing, ad hoc staff call ins if they are stuck with anything, customer support relating to the site, any content work, changing the design template etc, advice on how to rank higher in google without paying thousands to another company to do what you can do yourself, uploading customer lists for repeat ordering, creating marketing mails with whatever content you send us etc. This ensures you can focus on your business while we provide all the support you need. You can ask us to make any changes or additions you like via our online help desk support system, emial or you can book a telephone support call so you can be absolutely certain of the right result.
If you sign up for the Basic site service, you can buy support on an ad-hoc basis for £50 per ticket. A ticket can contain multiple requests (within reason) eg upload my ccpq results, add a blog post and change my opening hours could all be on one ticket request. Alternatively you can also buy unlimited support for 3 months for £150.
